The proposed development consists of an approximately 15,000-square-foot, three-story building with a ground level entry lobby, storage, lockers and showers. The first floor will feature a private tap room and kitchen, members board room, and outdoor patio, while designs for the second floor include a ballroom, offices, balcony and commercial kitchen. A rooftop bar is also included in the design. The design is the subject of an upcoming Board of Architectural Review-Old and Historic work session.
